This Limited Warranty will vary depending on the region in which your original product was purchased and will only apply to products sold by Acclamator or Acclamator authorized agents in the region. |
Acclamator is not responsible for any other warranty except as expressly provided in this warranty. Any implied warranties arising from the law shall not exceed the warranty period specified in this warranty. |
Acclamator and its affiliates or suppliers do not warrant that the use of this product is error-free or non-disruptive. |
If the product is unusable, the consumer can only claim the Acclamator warranty and replacement product. |
Acclamator and its affiliates or suppliers are liable for damages to consumers or third parties at the product purchase price. |
Limited warranty |
This warranty period is three years from the date of purchase and applies to the warranty service of the product in the designated sales area. It is only applicable to the original purchaser and is limited to purchase new products. |
Acclamator guarantees that this product will not be defective in material handling and manufacturing under normal use conditions. |
When you send the product to warranty service, you need to submit a proof of purchase showing the date, place, amount and product details of the purchase, and you must return the complete Solid State Drives. |
Acclamator reserves the right to replace the product with a new or finished product that is the same as or better than the original specification. |
When you ship the product to an Acclamator authorized repair center, you must pay all shipping and insurance costs, and the product itself must be packaged in the original outer packaging or the same grade, properly packaged and delivered. : Avoid appearance scratches). If the product you are sending for repair is lost or damaged during transit, such loss or damage shall be borne by you. |
No warranty service is available for the following hard disk products |
The following incidents include accident, misuse, abuse, loss, improper installation, improper repair, or improper connection of other devices or software, products that exceed the temperature range or humidity conditions in the product manual. A product or part that has been lost or discarded by a consumer, or a product or part that has been damaged by fire, misuse, abuse, accident, or force majeure (such as lightning or power changes). Non-new or known products that are faulty, defective or problematic. Disassemble the casing by yourself. Products not purchased in the area of your original purchase. The necessary repairs are caused by the use of incompatible third-person products. Damage caused by the use of parts not manufactured or sold by Acclamator. The product barcode sticker and the warranty sticker are missing or damaged and it is impossible to distinguish whether the product is genuine or not. |
